IN-FLOW 시리즈 MFC는 PCB가 산업용 하우징에 장착된 모듈형 MFC 입니다. 컨트롤러는 용도에 따라 조절밸브 내장형/분리형 선택이 가능합니다.
조절밸브의 설계는 모듈타입으로 사용자가 현장에서 교환 또는 교체 할 수 있습니다. 교환 후, 조절밸브의 별도 조정이 필요하지 않으며 노말 오픈 타입 또한 사용 가능합니다.
IN-FLOW 시리즈 모든 모델은 디지털 PC-보드를 갖추고 있어 자가진단, 경보, 카운터, 디지털 통신 (RS-232) 및 원격 제어기능 등이 있습니다. Bronkhorst 디지털 기기는 멀티버스 컨셉으로 높은 유연성을 가지고 있습니다. 옵션에서 인터페이스 보드를 장착하여 쉽게 CANopen®, DeviceNet™, PROFIBUS DP, PROFINET, Modbus, EtherCAT® 또는 FLOW-BUS protocol에 대응 할 수 있습니다(MBC3 pcb 필수).
