μ-FLOW MFM 모델 L01 액체유량계 (LPM)는 최대 400bar의 작동 압력에서 5…100mg/h와 0.11…2g/h 사이의 유량 범위를 정확하게 측정하는데 적합합니다. LFM은 열 질량 유량 센서와 신호 및 필드 버스 변환 기능이 있는 마이크로 프로세서 기반 PC 보드 및 별도로 장착된 제어 밸브를 통한 옵션 질량 유량 제어를 위한 PID 컨트롤러로 구성됩니다.
μ-FLOW 시리즈에는 디지털 PC 보드가 장착되어 있어 높은 정확도, 우수한 온도 안정성 및 빠른 응답을 제공합니다. 메인 디지털 PC 보드에는 측정 및 제어에 필요한 모든 일반 기능이 포함되어 있습니다. 표준 RS232 출력 외에도 계측기는 아날로그 I/O도 제공합니다. 옵션으로, 온보드 인터페이스를 장착하여 DeviceNet, PROFIBUS DP, Modbus 또는 FLOW-BUS 프로토콜을 제공 할 수 있습니다.
