mini CORI-FLOW 시리즈 Mass Flow Controller는 코리올리 질량측정 원리에 기초하여 작동되는 초소형 정밀 기기입니다. mini CORI-FLOW는 뛰어난 유량 측정 성능을 제공합니다.
유체가 튜브를 통과할 때, 코리올리의 힘은 가변 위상 시프트 센서에 의해 검출되고, 일체형으로 탑재된 PC보드에 전달된 신호는 실제 유량과 엄격하게 비례되어 제어, 출력됩니다. 코리올리 질량 유량 측정은 매우 빠르고 정확하며, 설치가 용이하며 양방향 측정이 가능합니다. mini CORI-FLOW는 보조 출력으로 유체의 밀도, 온도를 제공합니다.
